Doug Roe received a BS in Economics in 2005 and an MS in Economics in 2006, both from Florida State University. Before joining CEFA, he served as a frozen and dairy foods manager at Albertson's in Tallahassee for three years. Since 2006, he has worked with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, D.C. Some of his independent research pertained to labor and sports economics, as well as demography. He is proficient in statistical software packages such as Excel, Stata, SAS, and EVIEWS. After working in the field, he plans to pursue a doctorate in Economics.
