Dongyku Won is currently a doctoral student at Florida State University. He received his master's degree in 2003 and bachelor's degree in 2001, both from Sogang University in South Korea. Before joining CEFA, he worked as a research assistant for Korea Energy Economics Institute and in the account section of Kia Motors. He has experience in accounting and collecting and analyzing data. He is proficient with statistical software packages such as SAS, Excel, GAUSS, and MATLAB. Econometrics and public finance are his major interests, and he hopes to design an efficient taxation system, minimizing the distortion.
